Our Standard
Every Vestern product is formulated with precision and held to an uncompromising standard before it reaches you. We stand behind what we make.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of our skincare formulations, opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This is a hygiene and safety standard we maintain without exception.
To initiate a return contact us at support@thevestern.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us at support@thevestern.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Opened or used skincare products. Sale items. Gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union
If your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unopened, unused, with original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us at support@thevestern.com.
